The High Suffolk Community Bus links the seven villages with:
- Bury St Edmunds – 1st Wednesday and 3rd Saturday of each month
- Diss – every Friday and 2nd Wednesday of each month
- Framlingham – every Tuesday
- Martlesham via Woodbridge – 3rd Wednesday of each month
- Norwich – 2nd Saturday and 4th Wednesday of each month
- Stowmarket – 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month
In the summer, there are also services to:
- Felixstowe – 3rd Monday in May, June and September only
- Southwold – 3rd Monday in July and August only
