Our bus has a small amount of luggage space and we can accommodate one or two folding wheel chairs. It does not have a wheelchair lift nor the space for large wheelchairs.

We do not take dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) on the bus due to very restricted room and because not all of our passengers are comfortable with dogs in close proximity. Our bus is a 16 seat minibus therefore has restricted space on board.

Assistance Dogs must be clearly identifiable as an Assistance Dog and not be carried in an unsafe way: they must not block the aisle or the exit which does limit where they can go on our bus. Though we will do our best to accommodate an Assistance Dog there may be occasions when this may not be possible, particularly when the bus is nearing capacity as it often does on our busiest routes. See Section 4 of UK Government Guidance: Guidance Buses and coaches: features and help for disabled people
